About myself
Graduated in 1980 as Master of Science in Engineering, I started my career as an R&D Engineer and was promoted to R&D Manager very shortly afterwards. In 1988 however, after 8 years being responsible for an R&D team developing process computers, I decided to take a career switch going "commercially".
From 1988 till 2001, I joined a family owned company, having offices in Belgium and The Netherlands (Breda), where I started as Inside Sales Supervisor, becoming Director Sales & Marketing Benelux.
Troughout my career, "studying & (on the job) learning" continued to take part of my life, resulting in additional diploma's as Certified Interim Manager (AMS), Executive MBA (AMS), Certified Director (GUBERNA/Vlerick)
In 2001, I decided to start my own Management Consultancy firm "INTERPRES", together with the creation of Atlantae Executive Search.
While INTERPRES is focussing on consultancy and management consultancy at managerial & board level, ATLANTAE grew as an executive search boutique specializing in the search for engineering and managerial profiles.
Further growth plans in 2016 resulted in acquiring Egeminplus NV, a specialised recruitment company, focussing on the recruitment of engineering profiles. Shortly afterwards, the company name was rebranded to "RIALTO RECRUITMENT".
In 2018, a French majority shareholder came on board, the PROMAN group, which resulted in rebranding Rialto Recruitment NV into WINSEARCH NV.
Besides my mandates as CEO of WINSEARCH NV, I'm also dedicated in offering my professional services as Board Member at the Flanders Chamber of Commerce, President and Board Member at FEDERGON, Member of the AMS Alumni Council, Member of the GUBERNA Alumni Council. I am a coach, mentor and member of the divers selection committees helping start-up and scale-up companies with my professional advice. I'm also board member in diverse advisory boards within the SME sector.
At Wisdom Bridgers, I am an active mentor and founding partner helping mentees with the challenges they face. Finally at the House of Boards community, companies can rely on me whilst I'm offering my servies as an interim and change manager.

INTERPRES, founded in 2001, is a management consultancy company aimed at giving professional advice to small and midsized companies to strengthen their commercial market position within the Belgian market.
